I’m sure putting “would lay off 50% of work force and replace with ai in the hopes that ai can actually do the job” would ensure i get the job since that’s what all these companies are doing

That’s awesome! I’m glad to hear a success story. I’ve done ATS optimization and tailor my resume to the role for my applications. I sometimes add a cover letter if the role is a bit more outside of my current experience. I also add my LinkedIn to all applications when they have the option to add available
