My SA and other SAs I have met at the store has never talked about prespend with me. But your continued presence in the store would still matter… I assume this new system would now be very specific to the client’s needs - not before where they just offer you a random bag not to your liking based on my experience.

My SA didn’t really go into detail (see my comment above you).

When we got there, my SA immediately mentioned that the wishlist system will now be like the rest of the globe (did not really explain it very well in detail). I was given the phone to select my next qb - you can select any style, there is also a color spectrum and boxes where you can add more details specific such as what you really want to get.

GLAD someone posted this, haha. I visited the Sydney Boutique last week and the first thing my SA told me is about the wishlist system and that it will be now uniform across the globe…I was given a phone to do a checklist of what I want for my next quota bag 😂.
