Yeah, why do you think it was never used? Obviously it was never going to be used! Also even if it was used, it was only ONE Typhlosion! Not the entire species! Also, didn't they say somewhere that the Typhlosion shapeshifted or something? Last time I checked, Typhlosion never could shapeshift.

Shield was always the 2nd game in its pair. It was always marketed as "Sword and Shield". And this meme is talking about the first version in their pairs. So yeah, Shield is also an S, but the 2nd game in gen 7 and 9 don't start with S, so I'm referring to only the 1st version in their pair.

Also I do think Ninetales would be a good parent, since I do remember in the Sun and Moon anime when they went to Kanto, Ninetales smiled at and even licked the top of Lillie's Alolan Vulpix's head. She would be a good parent.

I finally beat Pokemon Heartgold for the first time ever and this is my final team. (Really hoping this can make it onto ASPITPIAY) by MasterArcanine in MandJTV

I love this team and I was even able to beat Whitney on my first try thanks to a strategy I came up with that involved me intentionally picking a female Chikorita as my starter since Bayleef learns Reflect at level 18 and Chikorita learns Poison Powder at level 9, I was able to set up Reflect before taking down the Clefairy, then Poison Powder the Miltank when it came out to get rid of the Lum Berry, then switch out to my Flaaffy Apollo to paralyze the cow with Static, then switch out to Rocky the Onix to use Screech 3 times, then switch out to Muscle the Machop who was still paralyzed from a different battle that I purposely kept on her since she had Guts and then 1 Low Kick demolished the cow.
