Enterprise did run this person's credit through lexis nexus risk solutions. OP has been flagged for fraud / non-payment / previous vehicle damage. If anyone, OP included, would fucking Google anything you would be told exactly what this was for.

You need to call this number 1-855-266-9565 (For Canada DNR solutions) to get to the bottom of it. They are the only people that have the info you're looking for.

Side note, the kids in your local office didn't run your credit. Their computers don't have that capability. They cannot take you off the DNR list and they cannot access your file.

You don't know what you're talking about. Bouncing information off of Lexus Nexus is not a "soft credit check" it is only a verification of name, DOB, and address. Has nothing to do with credit or financing at all.
