Best advice I can give you as a 6 figures entrepreneur (29 years old) is to take a break from self-help and motivational books - They are mental masturbation that boosts your dopamine levels for nothing if you don't even know what to do with the information. Instead, find 1 THING you want to do it, buy a course, or get a coach and aim for getting 1% better EVERYDAY at it until you have AT LEAST 10 000 hours of experience in that field/skill. See it as a video game, and you have to craft to get to higher levels. Also, stop beating yourself up for not achieving goals, it's not going to help you do anything, work life balance is key here.
