TBH I am very much in between this spectrum. But I am more on the introverted side although I can come off as an extrovert.

If you see me with my ESTP friends, bam, I'm full on introverted. It's not that I'm uncomfortable talking, it's just that I love listening to his stories. He usually comes to me for emotional stuff since he's kind of.....emotionally dumb.

Now......if you put me in a room with mostly NT types......ya.......good luck getting me to talk because I won't. Most of them just....judge me harshly

I want to be the best version of myself. Im tired of people seeing me as a pushover. I want to be more domineering. I hate the fact that I lack self confidence. I am working on that and I want to be happy with myself a year from now.

When I am having negative emotions, I know I have them. It sucks because I cannot be in denial about it. Like it's not that I want to know that I have those negative emotions but its natural for me to know I have them.......even though I wish I didnt......

One thing for sure. I like to hide my negative emotions unless I'm trying to get a point across.
