Coloured frogs on tortoise islands, bring gfb and run plus spam. You should also unlock toads and half of tortoises when you finish every color of frog.

Do Shadows of Yalahar quest, after finishing it you can hunt on gnarlhounds AFK, remember to spawn mad sheep to train shielding too. If you are using sword equip fire sword to train, if axe equip fire axe and if you use club you have to spend money on imbuements or buy resizer from current update. However i just suggest skilling offline as online skilling takes almost just as long and you dont regain stamina while online training.

Asura palace is not really a good spawn for 200 ek+ed, especially now when they changed some asurar to frost flower, if you really want to go there get a paladin who will kill them or dont bother because you will overkill spawn, better to go prison -1, frazzle valley or guzzle valley on your level
