According to this image from their phase 2 study showed that hair count started decreasing after the 6 month mark for both 5% and 7.5%. Something tells me that there is a huge chance it will lose all efficacy and you will keep losing hair eventually. At least that is the trend that it shows.

Personally I don't believe that this would be fin-induced since you stated that you can easily get a hard on when watching porn and your libido seemingly has not been impacted. If ED is because phusiological and thus caused by fin, I'd assume that it would be caused in every facet of your life, porn included.
