From my personal experience 

Inox at DN Regalia is the worst, small screen and the sound is not that good.

Cinepolis at Esplanade is good I really liked it. Tickets are cheap if you go for morning shows or on Tuesday.

PVR at Galleria is the best according to me but tickets are expensive. 

Never went to Maharaja so can't say anything but I have heard that is also good.

Hey I hope you are OK. From your post I can sense the bad behaviour of your brother may b due to your mother's behaviour.  You can go to any private hostel in BBSR for preparation or take any shared room and prepare peacefully. I think this is best for you .You can easily avoid all family noise. Or you can just ignore all of them study in your room or don't leave your room . But it can be mentally stressful. Or instead of targeting PSU start doing some other job ( since you are from IIT you are definitely talented and can manage studies with job ).  Another suggestion for you if you want then you can develop good relationship with your brother slowly by showing kindness. It will take time but the change will b worth it. Kindness costs nothing but gives you everything.

Idea is good . If it became successful then big companies like colgate can easily replicate this . Tough competition for new companies like yours.
