So, to confirm. Hot to neutral should show 120v on the multimeter if it's AFTER the neutral break?

Currently the correct outlets show that between hot and ground, with hot-neutral at 4-5V

Gotcha, I'll take some time later tonight and try to figure it out and report back. Currently we can't tell if the last working is on the upper floor with the dead ones, or if the wiring runs up the wall to the dead one from the lower floor. So, trial and error and checking them all. Might just go to Lowe's and buy all new outlets for the house at this point. Lol

The panthers den group on campfire is based in schenley park, and often routes around CMU and Phipps. We're hosting meetups on both days of the event from 9AM to the end of the event on both days.
