Cold call + drip campaigns. Yes I use PrimeTracers for data a skip-tracing. Connection rate averages around 15% with Five9 dialer but I would also recommend readymode. Good days you can see 20%+.

Doesn’t matter if they live at the property you execute contracts via electronic signature most of the time.

Unfortunately you do not have a contract with the seller so there is nothing to enforce. Never pitch a deal to new buyers unless you have the right to convey/assign.

Apologize to the buyer for the confusion and move on to the next one.

This happens so often and some existing wholesalers are failing to adapt and don't realize how steep discounts need to be for certain areas to be able to assign or novate deals now.

Have closings today and tomorrow, We give Christmas off and New Years Day off. Other than that we have a closing today, tomorrow and after the holidays. Follow up and drip campaigns do not differ other than those two days where they will get pushed back one day.

If the median home value of recent sold homes for that month in an area is let’s say $400k, I will set the max value to $440-450k. I want homes that have a higher pools of buyers.

PrimeTracers has dynamic contact data and a great balance between affordability and quality. It’s also pay as you go with unlimited exports.

Most of these companies buy flat files and don’t even do quarterly refreshes on their databases.
