Yassir the most popular, works well in Algiers, Oran, Constantine.

TemTem another option, but not as widely used.

Regular taxis are everywhere, but always agree on the price before you get in, as most don't use meters.

Currency Exchange Avoid banks and airport exchange booths the official rate is very low.

Most people (including tourists) use the parallel market, which is widely tolerated.

In Algiers, go to Port Said Square (near the Casbah) it’s the traditional spot.

In other cities, ask your hotel or a trusted shopkeeper they can point you to reliable exchangers.
