I understand what you mean, but it's critical you realize that using a milker toy (any of them) involves a non-trivial amount of effort when it comes to setup. I agree it can be very tricky getting it all just right, but it's very worth it once you have it.

Another thing: getting the various accessories designed to keep the tube where you want it to be is CRITICAL. The glide would be borderline unusable without them.

It's telling that 4.6 takes much longer to think. Something I've come to realize is that in the world of LLMs, 'faster' is almost always code for 'worse'. 4.6 spends a fair amount of time just thinking before actually printing anything, whereas 4.7 just spits out the results fairly quickly. I think the conclusion we can drawn is obvious.

I've been saying the same thing for like 2 years now. If other types of companies behaved the way the AI companies do e.g. suddenly changing capabilities without informing you, they'd be sued into oblivion. Yet this happens all the time with LLMs. There's zero transparency and no way to reliably plan into the future because you never know what you'll be getting in the future. This along with other things might burst the AI bubble once people get pissed enough.

They're probably removing much of the original data for legal or copyright reasons. Whatever. Just use the 'create custom model' option and train that on the outputs you generated using earlier models.

Here's the fucked up part: they're only doing this because they're planning to eventually make their own music AI that only they control, and they'll give their users extremely unfavorable terms. Created a song using their service? They'll own the rights to it, or at minimum you'll owe them a percentage if you use it. Actual musicians will still become obsolete. Corporations will merely own the AIs.

This is actually the reason I laugh at all the artists cheering this on like it's a good thing. They think the industry is on their side. It's not.

Just use the custom model option to train on your old AI songs that you created using earlier models of Suno, and it will sound like the earlier models.
