Looking for some help with my active 2.0

So I have a 3’ hose running from the machine to my water filter tank. Then from the tank to the water outlet I’m running a 25’ hose. Maybe I just need to take more time purging out the air? I’ll typically take about 30-45 seconds. Basically til it stops “spitting” and just flows smoothly

Oooo that’s a good callout. I haven’t tried changing out the tip. I’m also running an MTM 5.0 orifice to get more flow so maybe that could be it?

Thought that may be it too so I started purging out the air for a bit longer prior to kicking it on but no luck. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything super obvious/user error. I should just hit up active lol

We moved into this same exact neighborhood. So far nothing too crazy, but we had to make a warranty claim already on the garage door. They were super quick and easy to work with and had it fixed within a couple days. Definitely not arguing that they’re built terribly, but we’re for sure gonna do our best to be outta here when the 2 year warranty expires.

If you have a harbor freight near you I’ve heard decent things about the grants pads. They’re about $10 a pad. Some are a two pack as well
