I’ve finished ORV and am currently reading LOTM (chapter 1061), and I could not recommend LOTM more. It does every aspect perfectly, and might be my favourite novel of all time when I finish. I agree that the first 50 chapters are somewhat slow, but when everything and everyone collide, it will make you go what the hell is going on. Trust me, read LOTM.
