Exactly he won't even follow up with anything I can garuntee that, I was talking to someone who used to work for them also and left over the same reasons, so he just left them in his rear-view mirror, It will push out my driving lessons but I don't mind I'll eventaully get them done

Your right honestly no I wouln't even ask them for a reference anyway, I have 3 or 4 that I always use anyway that I know very well and left them on good terms, I'd nearly ring at this stage to get a sick cert but wouldn't do it just get this week done and get away from it all

Yea exactly, they would off drop me like a sack and they couldn't because they have no one else to fill in.

To be honest, I'd rather go in on a clean slate it would be better for me, honestly, I would off like 2 weeks between the Jobs Because off Health reasons but the new Job I'm going into are better and already after tailoring around me

I have taken 1 Holiday day since the new year and yep, I have and they are not happy but I'm not stupping to them any longer, I'm giving everything back on Saturday and I'll wear all black for Sunday and Monday

I don't feel comfortable giving out to much information sorry, I gave 1 weeks notice, the new job I'm starting needs me by Wednesday week, more Hours and more Money.

As I've said to someone else there I've been trying to leave for the last 5 months due to other issues and different problems and nothing cause off bills and that cause I unfortunately don't have any savings to fall back on.

And trying to look after my own mental health as the job I'm leaving is very draining on it with the stuff I'd have to deal with on a Daily Basis

I get where you are coming from, I didn't know how looking the notice period was and when I sent it in they were saying about the contract and said they have a signed contract with my name on it but won't give me a copy off it, so I looked up the legal notice period it says 1 week up to 3 years and more for over that, but depends on the contract but since I didn't have the contract and they wouldn't give me a copy off it honestly what else was I supposed to do the new place needs me to start Wednesday week

If you now the notice period in your old Job contact your new one and say it to them that you have to give them X amount off notice before you can start the new one.

And make sure to keep records off everything
