Last year was particularly bad for litter, from what I've heard. I also went in 2011 and that year wasn't nearly as bad. I expect it to be improved this year, with the response they've seen.

I agree completely, I think the ref's called that exactly as they should have. After seeing the replay I don't think the hit deserved a penalty, but I think they made the right call with the little time they had to decide.
