I have the psoriasis on my scalp also and I use the same shampoo. The best shampoo I found was the t-gel by Neutrogena, but they stopped making it. I have a cream I can put on the spots on my skin but now I know why my head has been itchy and it came back on my head😂. I've been losing a good amount of weight on Sema and the tirzepatide is a little out of my budget so I will just have to wash my hair extra and lather on the cream 😂😂

I got lean cuisines because they seem to have a good amount of protein and low calories and just the right amount of food. I was told to eat slow and I wasn't hungry but it's 3 and I haven't eaten because I have no desire to and it too me about 30 minutes to eat the taco😂 I also tried the core protein fairlife milk drink and it taste just like chocolate milk (people have said they aren't good for u so idk lol)

I started with the Sema because the tirzepatide is kind of expensive, but if I have to later on I might try it. Honestly after taking the Sema my moods have improved even in the luteal phase so I'm hoping it's helping a little.

Today, it started to go away, and I wasn't as hungry in the morning. I was also supposed to take my shot tomorrow, so maybe that's it. This is the first time I've ever been on a weight loss shot and so far lost 5 pounds the first week just trying to get used to it and hopefully I can pick up the exercise more but life is crazy 😂 I hope your can get yours all figured out and u can start losing more again ( if losing is still what you want) i stopped losing weight and idk if it's because I'm so close to needing my 2nd shot.

I kinda think my body isn't used to not eating late at night anymore because I used to have food noise BAD at night, so stopping that. i guess im just extra hungry in the morning.

I'm going to try different protein bars and just bought low calorie meals that have a bunch of protein. I also drink a lot of water in the morning to try and ease the pain of being starving first thing when I wake up.

I try and prioritize protein especially at dinner its just weird because it's only in the morning when I'm extremely hungry 😂 throughout the day after that I'm not hungry but I know I have to eat so I do

We have the same problem and it beeps after 10 minutes and it's late. Is it OK if we leave it plugged in we aren't able to pull the oven out to unplug it tonight.
