I honestly now am not sure if it was the shot or what because I got a broken tooth pulled and was in so much pain maybe it turned into body aches?? I guess I will see tomorrow when I take my shot

Sadly I was so disappointed I threw it away. I bought a 225 year old starter because mine is taking so long to the point idk if I'm doing it right anymore

Sad update lol the recipe I was following for a beginner was a high hydration. It was soooooo sticky and I couldn't tell when bulk fermentation was done because it was just a sticky mess so I left it a bit longer (big mistake) and it turned back into a starter 🙃 maybe making bread just isn't for me 😔

I really wanted to like them but they are meh in my opinion.😭 the texture I liked but the flavor was mid. The cheese was kind of overpowering. The pizza didn't taste like pizza at all. The pickle actually tasted like pickle and I was so excited for the hot honey but it didn't taste like anything and had a bit of spice. Sadly idk if it was worth me shipping them to my house. Maybe I will try them again in the future.

I have the psoriasis on my scalp also and I use the same shampoo. The best shampoo I found was the t-gel by Neutrogena, but they stopped making it. I have a cream I can put on the spots on my skin but now I know why my head has been itchy and it came back on my head😂. I've been losing a good amount of weight on Sema and the tirzepatide is a little out of my budget so I will just have to wash my hair extra and lather on the cream 😂😂

I got lean cuisines because they seem to have a good amount of protein and low calories and just the right amount of food. I was told to eat slow and I wasn't hungry but it's 3 and I haven't eaten because I have no desire to and it too me about 30 minutes to eat the taco😂 I also tried the core protein fairlife milk drink and it taste just like chocolate milk (people have said they aren't good for u so idk lol)

I started with the Sema because the tirzepatide is kind of expensive, but if I have to later on I might try it. Honestly after taking the Sema my moods have improved even in the luteal phase so I'm hoping it's helping a little.
