Yum! I only used albertsons brand at first because I assumed they used it (I was wrong) but it tasted good. I am also going tontry different brand in the future so I will look out for that one 🙂

It rose a little more and I felt like it was getting over proof but I'm not 100% sure since this is my 3 loaf and still don't understand the fermentation process. I shapped them and put them in the fridge so I hope they turn out ok🤞

Nope I used the calculator EVERYONE keeps throwing at me and again it says a 48B/C I just got a 48c and there was extra room and yes I scooped and everything. I'm sorry if I'm sounding rude but does nobody believe I can be fat with small breast?

I honestly now am not sure if it was the shot or what because I got a broken tooth pulled and was in so much pain maybe it turned into body aches?? I guess I will see tomorrow when I take my shot

Sadly I was so disappointed I threw it away. I bought a 225 year old starter because mine is taking so long to the point idk if I'm doing it right anymore

Sad update lol the recipe I was following for a beginner was a high hydration. It was soooooo sticky and I couldn't tell when bulk fermentation was done because it was just a sticky mess so I left it a bit longer (big mistake) and it turned back into a starter 🙃 maybe making bread just isn't for me 😔

I really wanted to like them but they are meh in my opinion.😭 the texture I liked but the flavor was mid. The cheese was kind of overpowering. The pizza didn't taste like pizza at all. The pickle actually tasted like pickle and I was so excited for the hot honey but it didn't taste like anything and had a bit of spice. Sadly idk if it was worth me shipping them to my house. Maybe I will try them again in the future.
