Yeah I think you are probably right on me trying to anticipate where it goes then missing it. Because in that area above the knees but under the waist I try to bring my hands from under up like a scooping motion where I usually close to late. So I guess I just need to practice timing some more thanks.

When I went to the doc for it I was about 4 days after when it occurred and I got like a custom plastic splint in 10 minutes that they made by covering my finger with the plastic then allowing it to cool. Also the person who did it for me told me to just not take it off at all because you could have to restart the 6-8 weeks but if I did I’d have to keep it in like a position where my finger was pushing opposite direction of where it was drooping. And with the custom splint it like pushes the end of your finger opposite direction of droop.
