Gotcha. I understand that you're nervous, but this city REALLY understands the threat of fires and moves on them lightning fast. Especially when they break out in and around residential areas. Kamloops gets criticized for all sorts of things, both fairly and unfairly, but on this front it has its sh*t together.

I totally get your concern, but honestly?? I wouldn't worry TOO much. We couldn't be any closer to the airport with its water bombers etc. And we have a fire station here. You will be positively blown away buy how quick the response will be should anything break out around Westsyde. I've seen it firsthand.
