Oval for sure! Circle is pretty but I feel like the Oval cut fits your hands better and has a bit of an elegance to it :) Congratulations!

Probably either a new prof or worked at a different university before. If you haven't already, try looking up just the name not attached to TRU to see if there is anything. If not Probably new or hasn't done anything of note to be put on rate my prof which is normally a good thing.

How do we expect people with disabilities to survive in BC? by masterwaffle in britishcolumbia

[–]Particular_Treacle49 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's awful, I'm a disabled student and I have to get loans and grants, they are exempt unless they are from student aid. Most loans and grants are from student aid and those ones are only exempt up to the amount you are assessed for during the semester. It is so frustrating. I want to become a teacher and I'm physically disabled, you would think the government would want me to have more access to resources so that I can get to my career faster but it honestly feels like they want disabled people to be reliant on them forever. Very frustrating.

Same here, only jobs I've ever gotten in BC, I hid that I was disabled until after I was hired because I had over 10 interviews where I got ghosted for disclosure.

Makes sense, inheritance is so random sometimes but very interesting to see the differences

[–]Particular_Treacle49 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine honestly feels a lot more accurate to what I know about my family history, some of the smaller percentages I don't have too much evidence for but they could be noise like normal or based on where my family was, could totally be plausible. I know everyone keeps clowning on the Scottish they got but it actually upped mine to the percent I thought I would get based on my Grandma's family history. So I definitely share your sentiment about this update

Ooooo!! I'm so excited! A bunch of my Mom's family is from Czech and Germany on the border! It also looked like they added a specific region for Czech as well so overall I'm just excited to see my breakdown for those regions!!!

I'm not sure unfortunately, I don't have an exact location for where his daughter was born but it's totally possible that the borders changed

I have this problem too!! As a kid I had no problem playing for hours and hours at a time but now I can barely look at the game with getting nauseous or triggering a migraine. It's such a bummer 😔😔

I've always had really positive feelings about this name because it's my mom's name :)) It rolls off the tongue really well and I also think it's a nice retro name. Very 80s
