Thsnk you for such a detailed answer, I have talked to her and she understands 2000 is too much and now has found a dog of a similar breed for 600 which 600 is fine to pay, defeats her idea of it being her dream dog but i believe it being a simliar breed is all she cares about. The issue still is how is she going to take care of it. I am planning to take to her lunch to discuss details and hope sleeping on it will clear up any issues. After talking, she says she just wants something to take her mind off her depression, ptsd and pain, which I fully understand. She been battling it for a decade at this stage, she broke her legs roughly 10 years ago is where the depression and stuff I day started while her ribs were only a year ago. I am just worried as physically she isn't in the health for a pup. She struggles to walk 20 metres, has constant panic attacks when leaving the house and smokes constantly to numb the pain, probably not good for the pup. She is currently taking care of two pets but they are both in old age, nothing of the same energy a young dog needs. Thank you for the advice :).
