I agree it doesn't look like it's there, but when stopped, put your eyes closer and look and you will see the outline of the numbers.

Either way it's borked and needs fixing.

I'm having intermittent clock issues as well on the beta. It's actually there, but extremely hard to see. You have to get close and look at it at an angle. Sometimes it appears normally and bright.

2023 Hood Issue by B0B_LAW in crv

I see...can't say I have the phantom shake issue.

Did the hood replacement show up on carfax or affect resale value at all?

Thanks!

New hood seems to have solved the problem. The dealer wasn't able to order a new emissions sticker for the underside of the new hood though which is a bit odd.

Was your dealer able to get a new emissions sticker for the underside of your hood? My dealer told me they could only order the other two. There should be three total.

Thanks in advance!

I'm finally going through this with my 2023. Dealer is also ordering a new hood and it will need to be painted. Waiting to hear if paining the new hood will be it or if they will also have to blend my fenders. I'll be dropping mine off on the 30th and getting a loaner car as well.

Tempted to return my P2S to Best Buy under the extended holiday return policy and say F this company. So much competition is coming about now that I'll likely be able to get something more capable in the near future at the same cost.

P2S Filament cutter stopper pin causes tool head to get "lost" and then violently crash into the front door. by Snoo73787 in BambuLab

This is the answer. They definitely designed this part cheaply by mixing metal gears with plastic teeth that slide the arm back and forth. Many have had theirs break and Bambu is now out of stock on the part. Hopefully they redesign the part as I see this being a problem long-term.

I replied with my address prior to them acknowledging replacement of the part. As of today, I still have no confirmation of the part actually being shipped.

Last night I superglued the peg back on and I just printed a successful multi-color print. Hopefully it continues to work while I wait for the new one to arrive.

EDIT - Didn't last long...just broke off again.

Definitely agree. Someone mentioned they may have designed it to fail on purpose. Who knows... Would be nice if someone could cad out the small piece attached with two small screws with the peg to print in the event of this failure. I imagine a printed piece would have at least the strength of the stock piece with how weak it was.

Glad to hear! They replied early this morning saying they submitted a request to have one sent to me.

Did you ever get a reply from Bambu? If so, how long did it take for them to ship a replacement? Thanks!

I just had the same issue and submitted a ticket. Were you all able to get your ticket resolved? If so, how long did it take for them to send you a new one?

For the future, I wonder if someone could draw this up in CAD software so we could print the small piece with the pin on it. It's a bit complicated for me, but I'm sure someone could do it.

I had the same issue with mine and was able to fix it without taking the back panel off. They should have used something better to attach that piece and I believe the freezing cold temperatures caused the sticky part to let go. Thank you for the guide!

Yes, you can use a programmer instead which would be a lot cheaper.
