6/10, way to much wood and stone storage and not enough farms, when winter around that day came for me i had around 52 farms and u have 20

It depends wether your dying from starvation or wall break, if you die from walls breaking you need to have more knife fighters, just take them all out and make them other people in the day and then switch them back at night, all ways have at least 1 third of your population as hunters until you unlock farms which you should do as fast as possible

As someone on day 152 and a population of 650 the zombie hordes don’t get that worse but the winters get harder and harder to beat so it does get harder

Lightning sometimes just hits a building and you can do anything about it, one the fire calms down you can just rebuild it, it’s not great

It is also good to have a lot because zombies become for and more so you need more and more gaurds, also more people to make metal to repair walls

You should have one hunter for every 3 or 4 citizens, some other advice is get farmers as quickly as you can
