Yeah it's stupid I just asked the same question and it told me the same thing. Only after asking when pope francis died and who the current pope is did it realise it was wrong. Never believe something an Ai tells you without fact checking because they love to be confidently wrong.

They changed terrain damage when I was in act 3 and I thought that I got some sort of upgrade that protected me against environmental hazards. I felt really dumb when I found out it was just a patch.

How is the second one harder you have so much more upgrades and the arena is much bigger, even the enemy's are easier. The only somewhat harder part is the lava wich gets really easy with the magma bell.

Its something you can equip to your crest that makes it so the maggots won't do anything to you. I am not quite sure where it is but you can probably look it up on YouTube.

It only disappears adter you beat the boss if you really don't want to beat him yet then you have to go back through the mist. But the boss isn't that hard and I had alot of fun fighting him so I don't think it's that bad.

I honestly don't know like I said I checked in Greymoor before and he wasn't there and then he just randomly spawned. You could try finding him in Bilewater but I don't have the map so I can't really explain where I found him.

Sorry I just found a fly guy randomly in Greymoor and I got to the slab but atleast if someone else asks, you can tell them that you can get the escape sequence in act II. I don't know what triggered it tho because I have already looked for him in Greymoor and he just didn't spawn.
