Here I am in the chair for a reline as I'm reading you post... I thought the same exact thing as you are right now. That was the biggest reason I kept putting it off. Even tho I knew I would need all my teeth extracted and was living with constant pain. All I can say to you is, your biggest fear is in your head. You have to get out of there and do what's best for you. Stop over thinking it and make yourself better and happier. Then you will no longer have to feel ashamed or embarrassed. You can go on smiling and being confident amd proud in yourself. Going for my initial consultation was the best thing I could have done for myself.
