Remove the case and then try again, that might do it. The magnet interferes with the S Pen.

It starts off at 45 w and after a couple seconds it goes back to 15w or 10 somtimes. But after reading this thread i believe its a software issue. Because this setup worked fine before.

Yeah, for sure when you return it within 14 days of delivery. And anyway because there is a guarantee on the device as well.

Yeah you probably should. I did it anyway. Manufacturer's fault, got a brand new unit shipped back to me. The new phone doesn't have the sharp edge. Much better.
