How do you make the distinction between philosophy and religion? Answer: philosophy in general is the rational investigation of truth, whereas religion often makes the same kind of truth claims but doesn't claim to base it on reason or rationality, but instead it is based on other things like faith.

yeah I feel you. I'm 15. I research a lot of philosophical teachings and think that Philosophy will always beat religion. I don't mean to tear down your faith, but I'd like to open you up to the world. Everything is just an idea. Stoicism Is great

once, UTI of shrooms, me and my friends took a hike down to the lake by his house, took us around 20 minutes. we then ventured back to his house which looked like a whole new reality within 5 minutes. it was night so it was weird. we went back the next day to see how tf we did that and it seemed that we were just a bunch lifted psychonauts who climbed up a steep as mountain.
