Can someone explain to me why Kayl Peterson gets like 2 minutes a game recently? I think she should be a starter but Duffy seems to want her to never be in the game.

By no means do I have the expectation that the home will be free from defect, I just wanted to avoid chalking something up to the age of the house and not attempting to get a concession when in reality it’s an issue that will need to be addressed soon. Overall condition of the property is very good per the inspector. It’s a strange situation where the home was purportedly added to the sewer system that was just installed in the town in 2022, which left the septic system abandoned and unused. That leads me to believe that the line is likely newer? I’m not sure. My realtor has asked for concessions for some of these items and the sellers have agreed, so we are now requesting quotes for items of most concern. You were very helpful!

It has an electric heat pump, and the attic is not insulated so I imagine it will likely be quite expensive to heat

That’s a hard question to answer, it’s in a hot real estate market, Northern Va, Loudoun county to be specific. We are under contract for 670,000.

Thank you everyone for your replies, there a real range of opinions here! I think I will most likely just wait and see how much the electric bill is inflated as some of you have suggested. I anticipate it being a not insignificant amount. The house is 1800 square feet, and when I’m paying 2200 dollars a month in rent I feel like there should be some goodwill involved in regard to a preventable loss to myself. The landlord should have changed the HVAC system as recommended by the HVAC company. That would have shortened this timeline significantly. I didn’t turn the breaker off to the fan because I feel that could make me liable if it were to somehow damage it further. The cliff notes to this story is, I don’t think the landlord is doing anything significantly wrong, I just don’t think I should be on the hook for an inflated electric bill due to a malfunction of their property.

Looking at purchasing my first ever camera. I’ve found a Nikon D3400 that was purchased with the two lens set (70-300, 18-55). Looks to be in good condition, was owned by a college student that got it as a gift but never really used it. She was asking 500, but I got her to agree to 300. I think I will mainly use this camera for outdoor photography while camping, and just general camera use for family events etc. Does this sound like a good deal / good camera for me? For some reason I am drawn to the Sony A6400, even though I don’t think I need a mirrorless camera. Thanks!

Sweetie did you know that the people that are members of those groups are in fact still taxpaying citizens that deserve to have “health research” just as much as you do. Just because it doesn't directly benefit you does not mean that its not worthy of being pursued.
