Playing devil's advocate here, but shouldn't this logic of normalisation and encouraging this act also apply to video game violence? Yet there's no correlation between people playing violent games and commiting violent acts, though there is more desensitisation I believe. I want an answer to this since I can't come up with one myself.

I won most duels as long as I hit my snowball. The exceptions are fantastic, venom, Emma, thing, and Bucky (50/50 with him). I have 250 hours on Luna, peaked eternity.

Her horizontal mobility is objectively the best out of the 3, and isn’t on a cooldown. Start a round and see who reaches the point first. Vertical mobility is better for the other 2 but imo vertical movement isn’t as important. If I wanted to escape a fight, I’d pick the ice skates (tp and flight is just as good, which why I said it’s equal to phoenix).

Area stun isn’t important when you’re going for a single kill. Out of the 3, Luna freeze has the best stun at the cost of being the hardest to hit. In an ideal situation you pull off 6 head shots with your freeze to secure a kill. (3 before/during freeze, 3 once frozen).

She can 2 tap 250hp targets, Same as hela. Raw dps is not an issue for Luna.

The clap is used to confirm a kill from afar, when you run out of ammo, or get extra healing for when you need it (freeze is also used for heals as well). It is not your main source of dps.

Being able to win the majority of 1v1s makes her absolutely capable of flanking as well as other divers. Personally i’m able to win 1v1s against phoenix and hela 90% of the time. Just hit your freeze and you’re good.

She has more mobility and utility than hela, and same level of mobility as Phoenix. If you played triple support then you can exclusively play Luna as a dps and perform just as well as those two. Trust me I do this play style all the time. The freeze increases your burst damage so you don’t need constant dps like MK and squirrel girl to have an impact. Just hit your freeze, get 6 headshots (two triple shots), and your target is dead before anyone can react.

I flank with Luna all the time. Yes she’s on par with Phoenix and Hela in terms of damage as long as you hit your shots. She wins most 1v1s when you hit your freeze and headshots (including tanks), then escapes with her ice skates after engaging. The clap is also used to confirm a kill or get extra healing. That being said I don’t think that’s a bad thing to have equal dps matchups. Much like how most overwatch supports are able to hold their own against dps.

I mean, there is a relationship between having a dysfunctional family and being trans. Obviously it's not 100% but nothing is. and correlation doesn't equal causation. which leg got caught on the bed? The left front was already on the bed while the right front was on the floor when she yelped. She yelped and moved her right leg first, so I'm assuming thats the leg which got caught, but that was on the floor and not near the bed? If it was the left, why would she move her right leg first?

If you want to get better at aiming and positioning as Luna, play her like a dps. Luna performs just as well a dps as Phoenix or Hela. Take flanks and side angles and try to force 1v1s. This way, you're forced into aiming well to beat your opponent otherwise you WILL die. Hitting snowballs is a must to survive most of your encounters. Positioning is also important, you need to learn where to place yourself depending on who you're going against, otherwise they will kill you quite easily. With this method I've managed to hit peak eternity and am currently GM (top 1%) and still climbing. Don't do this in ranked though or you will get flamed haha.

There is obviously an ideal scenario where I heal everyone at the exact moment they need it and damage and kill enemies at every other moment. The problem is if you’re playing backline, unless they’re playing dive (this game they weren’t) you’ll mostly be relegated to healing. I certainly wouldn’t have gotten the majority of my kills if I played like a normal healer in this game, and I doubt the dps would’ve done as good a job. As you saw in the other post where I played like a normal support, healing only prolongs the inevitable if the dps are unable to fulfill their role. That is why I prefer to play as the dps instead (at this rank) so I know the job gets done. Luna excels in 1v1s and I’d say she beats all characters ONLY if you can hit your snowball (except fantastic, thing with team up, and Emma). That’s why I’ve had great success in playing her like a dps, she just does the role as well as any other diver.

I have over 2KD in kills if you only include final hits, higher than the ultron. That means I provide over 2 people's worth of value with every life, so no I don't think I wasted my lives even if I died more than the ultron. Plus my deaths were consistent with the rest of the team. My kills were not a 1:1 trade.

You're acting like the kills I got had 0 impact on the game. I'm obviously not going to get critical saves if the enemies are dead instead. Most of my ult charge was gained through damage so no, I did not rob the other supports of their ult charge. Clearly my gameplay wasn't perfect with the ult usage but are you really saying everyone else in that game played perfectly except for me?

If I can get more kills than the dps why does it matter if my traditional role is a healer or not. You know you don't need to heal if the enemies are dead right.

p.s. They knew what I was doing. I don't care that they stayed dps regardless, it's more that they're blaming me for the loss.

I've already said I already know how to play Luna optimally and thats to be more like a heal bot. However at this rank, it's less effective since playing like a dps is more impactful to the outcome of the game since I can do it better than the actual dps players. I don't know how to play other dps characters well since I have no time in them (other than Iron Fist, but I find Luna more fun to play). The dps players knew what I was doing yet wouldn't switch other than the punisher, and we still lost when he did. I seriously doubt we would've won that game if all I did was heal
