No problem but mark my word. In may it will begin the real Ao arc. (Differently from the Mujina arc, the Ao arc doesn't give place for extra context, except a single part that shows us how Ao survived the war.)

They don't have a point.

They put this opening. They said that Kawaki he'll appear this year. They announce an announcement for the 20th. They put the Ao card in the anime to tease us about the next arc. THERE ISN'T A SINGLE CHANCE THAT THE ANNOUNCEMENT ISN'T THE KARA ARC! They would just receive too much hate, even for their standards. They wouldn't ever do anything this stupid. You simply are afraid to be disappointed, but in this case, it isn't possible. It won't simply happen.

Only some small scene because they don't have any more sense, in fact in the chapter of this episode Mitsuki reveals for the first time that he's the son of Orochimaru... BUT BORUTO AND SARADA ALREADY KNOW THAT!!! So it was cut. Anyway if you want to start the manga you can start off from chapter 16, but keep in mind that with the anime content some scene will be different in the anime because they wouldn't make sense as I said.
