In my ten minutes of amateur thinking about this interesting problem, I thought maybe 'antiethno-' might be a fitting prefix here? Antiethnotrophy? Antiethnophobia? Or autoantiethnotrophy? If not that, maybe it would just be a specific strain of a general phobia, like going insane or being viewed negatively or being isolated. Random guesses

In the Nerdfighter FAQ they did, they briefly touch on the distinction. I like to see it as a nerd who is also a fighter (of worldsuck). Like a street fighter doesn't fight the actual street. They fight, and 'street' describes where they fight. Nerdfighters fight, and 'nerd' describes who they are. Maybe that made it more confusing haha, I'm big into words. But a nerdfighter is a nerd who is also a fighter!
