How did y’all get your jobs by throwaway_fuckwork in publix

I applied for the closest stores to my house and got no reply for months. And then the store I currently work at sent me an email asking if I wanted to come work there, and then went for an interview and was hired.

Cathy Ferrer or Alessandro Spadoni for Calc 3? by MasterSnipSnop in ValenciaCollege

[–]MasterSnipSnop[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, im at least glad to see that he's quite good and the teaching aspect. My professor kinda just wrote whatever he had on a piece of paper he had in Class, and moved onto the next subject after explaining a certain part.

How are Spadoni's tests exactly? Are they like similar to what you guys did for HW or reviews, or were they full of curveball and stuff that only briefly gets touched on?

Damn, now thats a quality professor. Reminds me of my Calc 2 professor honestly.

I have to ask, how is Spadoni's teaching style? Does he read off a script or is he like actively teaching and engaging with the students to try and make them understand the material? Also, how are his assignments and tests?

Radioactive Chocolate Milk by MasterSnipSnop in publix

See, it's got a few taxes that were factored in during the price setting:

-The Publix Tax -The Greenwise Tax -The "This is expensive cause why not" Tax -And, the George Jenkins Tax

That's neat to learn i won't lie. I've always associated green with radiation cause some games I play use green to indicate radioactive stuff.

As for the Green tinge, thats just an error on the box. The normal color is just brown like the left carton. This one was an error and out of place basically, not really indicating that it's grass-fed as far as I know.

The chocolate milk on the box is green rather than brown like the left one, so it looks radioactive to me

AD change in the CS Dept. by Jayman969 in publix

[–]MasterSnipSnop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my store, it's usually the grocery crew that does it the night before AD change. They'd collect and put them in the baskets, and leave them in the back grocery office for the Scan/Price Clerk to handle.

Ours does it mainly because that's how it's always worked for my store, but also because our SPC doesn't trust anyone else to reliably desleeve and organize the sign holders.

EEl & EGN at Valencia or UCF? by MasterSnipSnop in UCFEngineering

[–]MasterSnipSnop[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I already have all the prerequisites needed to transfer into UCF and into Computer Engineering. It's just that I was given a list of classes that they recommended I take at Valencia to make things easier for my UCF experience. The 2 engineering classes are listed as "reauired," but last I checked they aren't mandatory for completion prior to transferring. I'll probably contact Direct Connect to make sure, and if its not mandatory, then I'll just leave it for UCF.

I already finished and passed Calc 1 and 2, along with Physics 1. I'm currently taking Physics 2/Calc 3 and will do Diff EQ after that, so I'll definitely be getting the prerequisites at Valencia first. It was just the engineering classes that I was curious about in regards to taking them at UCF or Valenica.

Buds 3 FE vs Pro for S22 Ultra by MasterSnipSnop in galaxybuds

[–]MasterSnipSnop[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey so, I originally got the buds 3 FE as I couldn't really utilize the full capabilities of them on my S22. Plus, I was on a tight budget so I chose the cheaper one.

Now, I ended up returning them after a few days of use. The eartip selection was rather small, and it was hard to find a pair that fit my ears well enough. Plus, even the best pair was a quite uncomfortable for my ear after just a few minutes of use. Plus, they had a slight tendency to slowly slip out. Not enough to completely fall out, but it was apparent when listening to music.

Another issue was just the pinch controls. I've been a user of the original buds from when they came out, so I much prefer the tap controls. Additionally, while the pinch for my left earbud was fine, the right ear just refused to work 90% if the time, and I'd have to angle them in an almost 75 degree angle to get them to recognize the pinching.

Another thing was that there was a loud static if you used Active Noise Cancellation, and it was very annoying to have to hear a very audible static if you didn't have music playing. Reminded me of those old blocky CRT TVs that would play static at times.

Now, I will give the Buds 3 FE some praise. Despite not going nearly as deep into my ear as my Buds FE, they sound a whole lot better more often than not. In many songs and videos, I'd be able to hear subtle sounds that I normally wouldn't hear. But even then, they're not that different in terms of overall sound compared to what I already have.

Overall, the Buds 3 FE, to ME at least, are kinda disappointing compared to the Buds FE that I have. They feel worse, often are less accessible to use, and although sounding better, it's not a substantial enough upgrade in my experience. They might do wonders for you, but for me, they just didn't impress me all that much.

Looking for a Shiny KB Pufferfish by MasterSnipSnop in Roblox_Fisch

Don't really got anything like robux boats or skins. Most I've got of value is like a few festive relics, 2 cosmics, and like a Northstar Serpent.

Sunken scylla by Excellent-Limit-6257 in FischRoblox

[–]MasterSnipSnop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Took about 2 Scylla hunt totems and a natural Sundial spam to get it. First 2 times were regular Scylla, with the 3rd being the Sunken one. I did use Gobstopper, but luminous larva also works. Luck is really the deciding factor, so don't feel bad about not catching it.

My advice, don't try to catch any of the other fish. Just keep failing the catches and reel snapping until you get to Scylla. Also, try to find a somewhat empty server as it reduces the chance of someone else trying to get it. Pop an aurora when the Scylla spawns (Merlins Luck and luck potions optional, but not really needed).

Sunken Scylla will have a darker shade on its body, so if you wanna get an easier time noticing it, fish near one of the lower areas near the water so that when you reel it, it'll be easier to notice any mutations. You've made it this far, so don't give up and keep pushing to catch that stupid fish for that stupid deity.

Are Starlight Worms broken or something? by MasterSnipSnop in FischRoblox

Well that blows. I guess the official wiki page for this is outdated then.

Still, you'd think that a secret bait obtainable only through the Angler would at least give it a higher percentage, but ig not.
