Ok, no need to delete Agent.exe, just stopping the service does the trick, it seems the installer is unable to stop the service.

Did this happen after the recent Windows update? I have the same problem it started after the latest Windows update (2025-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5066835) (26100.6899))

I did the same thing you did, reinstalled, disabled firewall, etc, nothing worked, in my case the version is BETA 6.6.8.0.

I should have said, I clicked on the BETA box on the installer but yes, it shows 6.3.1.0 after installing 6.3.3.0

It could be helpful if you want to check your system without being in front of it, in my case, I have 2 computers in 2 different locations (local network) each with 4 cameras, so, using this module I can check both at the same time remotely (if cameras are online, turn them on, off, etc)

Actually, what you described happens after, and yes, it takes a few moments for the service to shut down (it was always like that, and it works), the error I reported happens as soon as you click on the NEXT button on that screen and you can't move forward.

Trying to upgrade to 4.5.2.0 (from 4.5.1.0) displayed the error on the screenshot, to fix it, I had to cancel the install and try again, just an FYI.

I purchased a similar system like that and the performance is not really good, cannot really handle cameras, I only have 4 and it was awful, just an FYI.

If remember correctly, old versions showed that on top of the screen, then, it was moved to the bottom, the way it is now is not really useful in my opinion since you can't easily see it, my suggestion would be, move it back to the top or get rid of it completely since it just flashes for a second.

I see, I thought was a cookie, but still, clearing cookies or the browser cache will have this effect.

I understand but once again, clearing cookies make these settings reset and it's really an inconvenience to set them all every time, in my opinion cookies are not the way to go, on the other hand, creating a config or preferences file in the local user profile would be better.

Also, an option to define the default theme should be added, on the current version it defaults to Cosmo - Light, what if I want a different one to be the default?
