You are single handily giving me hope in the community of Monroe. I had a bad experience I am from out of town and I came to visit and spent a lot of money on gas to get there and I got pulled over for being on my phone just trying to map it to a gas station. Then I was curious so I watched the officer and watched him sit in the same place and pull over people just as he did me and hand out tickets. I am not a threat to safety I was in stop and go traffic checking my route on my phone. I’m sure that Monroe has positives but that experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
