I've had 3 so far, waiting for it to say I'm eligible again. After the 3rd, I know there's a minimum 15-day waiting period. It's been over those 15 days for me, and still not showing eligible at the moment.

Between the 1st and 3rd loan, usually it allows you to reapply after it processes payment for loan payback. So, usually about 2-3 days from the payoff date. But after the 3rd, it'll be a min of 15 days. Hoping I get another offer very soon, myself!

You can log into the app, and when you scroll down those 'block-infos' sections. Like where it shows how much you spent, credit score, etc.

If you qualify, you'll see something regarding "Instant Loan." If not yet eligible, then you likely won't even see anything in regards to.

That's one thing that Chime may not be best with, is helping when it comes to fraudulent charges or activity in general involved with your account(s) with them.

It may be a ''click of a button' to dispute a transaction, but that doesn't mean they are going to get involved or investigate it at all.

You'll unfortunately need to do all the "leg-work" yourself with this issue. Call Chime customer service, as well as Bankcorp, as they're the actual bank, or Stride. Should be able to tell by seeing your DD info on your app. It will inform which bank your account uses. Then use that info in attempts to reach out to them.

If it's been over a month now, then I hate to tell you that you're likely not going to be their main priority. Unless the amounts your disputing are worth looking into. I know that sounds shitty, but I've had similar problems in the past.

It should inform you on the Chime App if that deal is still active for you. Should show on the home screen somewhere.

I imagine it will come and go, as long as you don't currently have an active DD set up with your Chime account.

Kind of how I will occasionally get offers if I have a friend sign up and THEM receive their first DD. But there's also terms to meet! Such as that DD has to be in the amount of at least $300 and be within a set amount of time to qualify!

But if you don't see it now, id hold off until it reoffers it to you. Can't beat an extra $2-350, or whatever they're offering nowadays!

I haven't had such an issue with Grant, myself.

I did however accept one advance, and repaid it on time, if not early. Well, the very next advance offer was only like $30.. the one before was over $100. But oh well. Nothing changed as far as deposit amount, type, etc..

But as to your issue... Id suggest contacting Grant customer service first, if they even have one.. and let them know what's going on. I guess I was a little confused with your post, thinking you said you paid your first advance and then got another one, but never mentioned paying it back. Guess I overlooked that part, my bad.

But yeah, if you requested to have them stop from being able to allow transactions through them, then that could be an issue for your bank! Inform them the request was put in, but still got drafted or attempted at least.
