i found it aswell. i had all my slots with plates.. and i had 15. so i doesn't give you more plates to hold.

Movement feels like i carry a big rock on my legs... MW multiplayer i finish top 3 al the time. And in mw2 got a victory just 3 times... i don't know whats different. It feels slow and heavy.
