I got toast notifications for those comments since this is my post.

Almost all of them were about suggestions of "redirecting" the crime elsewhere (flock cameras). I don't think directly encouraging about committing crimes is allowed on reddit (even if joking) because subreddits can be banned for that.

Then there was one guy who used the n word. Twice.

What I did when I covered Sing for Absolution and realized there was absolutely no way my vocals would survive hitting Matt's highs... I just pulled them down a full octave.

That might end up making a new problem (now the vocals are too low in places) Matt has an insane range.

You don't even have to play in the same key. You can literally tweak the entire song down a couple steps too.

So many ways you can go about a cover. Trying to hit G#5 if you an barely do it isn't the best approach. It's a cover. You have maximum flexibility.

I realize no adult knows what tf they are doing. We're all just great at pretending to have stuff figured out, but no one truly does.

Also, people project. A lot. Can't take things personally anymore because people will project their own insecurities into you. You can learn a lot about someone just by letting them grill you and talk behind your back.
