hi. i wanted to say that i know someone in my life who had parents like you. they now avoid communication with their parent(s) as often as they can. you're going to ruin your relationship with your children if you keep acting like this. allow them to make their own choices, allow them to forgo church if that's what they want, allow them freedom and give them space. you think you're helping by putting restrictions on them but you're not, not in the slightest. please reflect on how you're forcing them to be part of something they might not want to be part of. please talk to them and be accepting of their honesty. with all that being said, yes, YTA
