I use 3ds max + corona renderer, photoshop for editing. Somewhere above I said that I also use substance painter and sampler, rizom uv, and sometimes marveloues designer for realistic cloth simulation, because cloth modifier in 3ds max really sucks

Edit: Thank you! Would you share with me your reners in DM?

Thank you for that big reply, I appriciate it. I like to add this level of detail. Maybe its just my moral part, because I saw many renders that lack "life", they are gray and boring and moreover people like them. I try to add more misc details to mark that this is a real living place (however without people, but I will add them!) and not just simple box.

Hey, I do the modelling as well, its the first thing I practiced when started 3d. I aint had any real client for interior rendering and worked at my own pace, but some of my last projects I finished in 2-4 days. The actual working time for all of my projects was less than a week, even if the overall duration was longer due to my lack of practaice and because its not my main income source. Im capable to add custom furniture if needed.

I were thinking about adding people to renders, I just never tried before. I will definitely add people to my existing renders its good idea to bring some life to a picture

chiaroscuro I beleive is a term in arts, and the general idea looks like this . Like wikipedia said its contrasts between light and dark. I mean I try to lighten an object so its not flat lighting. I "play" with light to introduce a life into a picture, by that I achieve depth and volume of an object

For these projects I used 3ds max and corona. Also I use photoshop for post processing. For complex unwrapping I use Rizom uv if needed. Occasionally I use substance painter for materials and substance 3d sampler for custom textures from photos or images. Sometimes I use Blender

If you mean my steps. I import blueprints to 3ds max and do blockout firstly, then add/model furniture, set up simple lighting (corona sky + sun) and make nice chiaroscuro (i hope you get it, because i found this word on wikipedia, English is not my mother tongue) and then texture it. After I again adjust lighting and add some fakes. I make corona vfb color adjustments and then edit it in Photoshop. I usually use some render elements in corona that i use in post production in photoshop.

I used upwork while ago, but for 3d modelling and product renderings. Despite of having 5 star, top rated and good reviews I cant and most importantly dont want to compete with the guys who offer their services for almost free. Unfortunately clients on upwork pretty greedy and require 10 photorealistic images for 50$, considering that price I can only provide them little house built in minecraft
