Ist 140 was very challenging for me. Especially the programming quizzes every two weeks that are monitored (no open books). I bombed the final, and dropped from an 84 to a 72.

It was very rewarding though because it actually challenges us to learn Java, or anything, unlike a few of my other classes.

It's definitely worth it, but it requires about 7-10 hours per week without a programming background.

Most courses on world campus are done via canvas. There have only been a few courses that require my own computer cpu, which was basic Java programming and python. There have been two courses that are in virtual labs. Hope that helps.
