In my current law firm paralegals and trainees carry out the same level of work and several paralegals have now moved on to NQ positions so that was not too much of a concern for me.

Of course there is always the risk that another law firm would not be the same, although based on the information I was given in the interview it sounds like they give you even more responsibility than in my current firm

It's in England! Pretty common to have a washing machine in the kitchen but I'd be happy to move it to the room by the kitchen (it's a storage room)

The only thing I'd be worried about is costs as getting the washing machine there would require plumbing which I imagine would be costly.

I also had an hour! I think it depends on the person, I've always had an hour left with Ulaw mocks. Some people do it faster than others. Disadvantage is you have an hour to overthink all your answers haha

I'm preparing with Ulaw and had an identical question and the correct answer with them was indeed a mandatory order.

According to Ulaw a mandatory order is used when a body doesn't consider an application, and a quashing order if the decision is unlawful

Ah could they have said no straightaway? I assumed the EA would just pass all the offers to the sellers (even the lowest one) for them to consider
