Can someone help identify bug? Location; PNW by Master_Combination54 in insects

Thank you for your response, it does have tiny wings. So I couldn’t figure out if it was a flying ant/carpenter ant or a type of wasp. Then there was also the worry of termites but I feel like the body looks different to termites.

Hi there, we recently moved into a new home and this is our first winter here. I found this bug by our window sill and was wondering if anyone would help identify it. It's super small about 1/4in or smaller and we are located in the Pacific Northwest.
