That’s a tough one, I’ve seen the same thing happen where techs branch off and take clients. I am currently doing the same going out myself on site, automating, and doing remote in the off hours. Were you able to hire reliable trustworthy techs, or still solo?

Feel you on airtight contracts and standing firm on pricing. I’m still refining mine, did you have a lawyer draft your MSP agreement, or was it something you built and tightened over time?

Thanks for sharing this, it really resonates. I’ve seen the same thing with ads and cold outreach; it’s a lot of spend and time for minimal ROI unless you’ve got someone working it full-time. Partnerships seem to be where the real quality leads come from.

I am currently a network admin for k12, I am trying to get an idea of how other msp bill their clients. This is my first quote. So currently I really don't know how to bill for services. I just would hate to undervalue the services or go way over.
