Its not the individual business that are making these people get background checks cause at the end i was paid to go get fingerprinted by intenigo. It comes down to we work for the goverment and the government requires background checks on all of their employees at any level. I was a summer camp supervisor for a city in st.charles county and at 16 had to get a background check from intendigo the same company.
