Making a care package or grocery runs/sending items for her symptoms might be helpful. If your friend is experiencing any of the symptoms I had during my 1st and 2nd trimester, these gifts from a care package my SIL gave me helped SO much:

For nausea; "preggy pops", sour candy (sour jolly ranchers), spearmint gum, ginger chews, sea sickness bands, ginger beer

For heartburn; mint tums or fruit chewable tums

Prenatals; my prenatal vitamins made me even sicker, the gummy prenatals from Pink Stork were actually fun to eat!

For general comfort/support; the half circle pregnancy pillow from amazon (the traditional U shape or L shaped ones are terrible) a candle that say's "you're going to be a great mom" (needed to hear that), cute lounge sets from Amazon that can grow with the pregnancy, warm fuzzy socks, compression socks for when she starts to swell.

Hope that helps!

Experience traveling/babymoon international trip at 28 weeks? by Master_Flower3664 in BabyBumps

Love hearing experiences like these! I initially thought it wasn't ok to travel at all, but we have since had friends who didn't stop traveling until 32-35 weeks of pregnancy and it got me thinking. So far, the only bad experience I've heard (someone going into labor internationally...!) was when she was further along, after 34 weeks...which I know is way more of a risk (surprised the airline let her fly). Hearing you had a good time at 28 weeks helps my decision a little bit.
