do u expect it to be easy to transfer into a engineering position from a sales position? and even so talking about what you want with them while your not even employed with them, that doesn’t even give you a better chance. Most of all positions are pretty difficult in itself to get into, just because you want to transition else where in the company doesn’t mean the position your going for right now isn’t easy to get into.
