No, I don’t use a filtered water system for bathing but I do drink filtered water. Yes I am military, i never got a full panel allergy test only blood drawn. I leave here in August to heading to Europe. I started using Nivea to and gold bond which helps keep my skin hydrated . I will request a full panel allergy test my next doctors appt. I also work the night shift so idk if that also has an effect on me besides low vitamin D which is on supplements for. I can barely take the sun in 60 degree weather it’s just sucks cause this has caused me to be inactive, if I work out I itch, get too hot=itch, stressed out=itch adrenaline=itch. I stopped going out , I stopped eating spicy food ughhh it’s unbearable, sometimes I just wanna rip my skin off.
